Hourly Rate/Minimum

Travel Expenses


Fees are charged hourly for on-site/online inspection, research and documentation time. There is a $300/3 hour minimum. Signed contract and deposit required at the time of inspection.
Travel expenses will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Expenses covered will include, airfare or mileage reimbursement for travel by car (55 cents/per mile as regulated by IRS), hotel, meals and incidentals (per diem charged will be equal to that recommended by IRS Publication 1542 for the particular locality of evaluation).
